Ghana’s Black Queens have kicked off their preparations for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) with participation in the Pinks Ladies Cup in the United Arab Emirates.
The national women’s team is using the tournament as a platform to build match fitness, test tactics, and integrate new players ahead of the continental championship. Coaches and technical staff are monitoring performances closely to finalise a competitive squad capable of challenging for honours at WAFCON.
The Pinks Ladies Cup provides the Black Queens with valuable international exposure, helping them sharpen their skills against diverse opponents in a competitive environment.
