Sammy Gyamfi has stated that GoldBod did not provide any financial support towards the recently held Women of Valour event.
According to him, the organisation did not contribute “even GH¢1” to the programme, despite public perceptions suggesting otherwise. He made this clarification in response to discussions surrounding sponsorship and funding of the event.
Sammy Gyamfi emphasised the need for transparency and accuracy in public discourse, particularly when it comes to issues of funding and institutional involvement. He noted that attributing support to organisations that did not contribute could mislead the public and undermine accountability.
